What should I bring to my first Pilates session?

Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and water. We provide all necessary equipment

How often should I attend Pilates sessions?

For best results, we recommend attending at least two sessions per week. If attending the studio is not always possible we offer zoom classes and personalised at home workouts.

Can Pilates help me recover post partum?

Yes, yes and yes! Pilates is an excellent method for reclaiming strength and vitality after childbirth. Babies are welcome to come too.
